Improving diversity has historically been a check-the-box activity around broad demographic groups. But there is now a growing effort to see the value in diverse thinking and experiences of every individual, outside of our visible differences. With this presentation, we continue our understanding of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion within the A&D industry—and designing these values into our physical spaces.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

  • Have a deeper understanding of the terms Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the growing importance of building these values into our teams and our spaces.
